More and more organisations, in both the public and private sectors, are now working in project mode. Do you want to learn how to start and run projects? This course will provide you with theoretical and practical knowledge that will benefit you both as a leader and as a project team member. You will study the hard and soft factors of the project situation, such as goal setting and planning, as well as organisation and leadership. You will learn the different phases of the project and get an introduction to the development phases of the team, as well as to conflict and relationship management. You will develop your ability to reflect on the choice of tools and methods, as well as to present a project orally and in writing. On this course at Halmstad University, you will have lectures, practical exercises with experiential elements and discussions - all to really develop skills to work in projects. Some exams are done individually and others in groups. Teaching is in English.

Behörighet

General entry requirements (with the exemption of the requirement in Swedish for those with foreign grades) + English 6. Or: English level 2.
