AI in Retail is an executive-level online course designed for professionals who want to understand how artificial intelligence and analytics can create value across the retail value chain. The course explores how data-driven models are used in key areas such as personalized customer engagement, inventory and supply chain management, and operational efficiency and decision-making. Through short lectures, hands-on labs, and applied discussions, participants gain both strategic insight and practical experience with AI-powered tools. A unique feature of the course is its strong focus on real-world application. Participants reflect on their own organizational context and develop actionable ideas for implementing AI in practice. Ethical, legal, and organizational challenges are also critically examined. The course is fully online and designed to fit working professionals, combining flexibility with meaningful interaction.

Behörighet

Passed courses of at least 40 credits in a main field of study within Engineering and Technology, Natural Science or Social Sciences, and at least 1 year of work experience (or equivalent). English proficiency is required (level 6 or equivalent). Applicants that have at least 4 years of work experience in industry are exempt from the requirement of at least 40 credits within Engineering and Technology, Natural Science or Social Sciences field.
