The building sector is a key actor in the process of creating sustainable value, both for the client and for the society. BIM is a collective name for ICT-based tools and methods used in the building sector. Traditionally, the acronym BIM stands for Building Information Model, Building information Modeling or Building Information Method. Today, to scope the complexity of this process, we talk about Building Information Management. The Master program Sustainable Building Information Management gives the student knowledge, skills and tools needed to produce, use and manage BIM in the building sector to create sustainable values.

Behörighet

The applicant must hold the minimum of a bachelor’s degree (i.e the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) with at least 90 ECTS credits in construction engineering or civil engineering, or equivalent. The bachelor’s degree should comprise a minimum of 15 ECTS credits in mathematics. Proof of English proficiency is required.
