The course consists of introductory theories and perspectives on the terms diversity, gender equality and intersectionality placed in a working life and work organisation context. The organisation and leadership perspective is analysed based on the consequences for diversity and gender equality. The prerequisites for diversity and inclusion are discussed and problematised based on various conditions and social processes in working life and organisations.
