This programme offers a holistic view on aircraft design. An aircraft is a complex, integrated, closely connected system of various technologies and disciplines such as aerodynamics, structure, propulsion, actuation and other on-board systems. Linköping is one of few places in the world where aircraft are designed and manufactured. Our students benefit from our location through close research collaboration between the University, the aerospace industry, and our industry-affiliated teachers. Choose among three profiles: Aircraft Aerodynamics, Aircraft Structures, and Aircraft Systems Design. After graduation you will be qualified to work independently and take on a leading role in the development of tomorrow’s aircraft.

Behörighet

A bachelor's degree equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen with a major in one of the following or equivalent subject areas: - aeronautical engineering - mechanical engineering 30 ECTS credits in mathematics/applied mathematics and/or application of mathematics relevant for the programme. A course in basic programming. English corresponding to the level of English in Swedish upper secondary education (Engelska 6 or Engelska nivå 2). Exemption from Swedish.
