<p>This programme provides a competitive education in digital, analogue and radio-frequency (RF) integrated circuits (IC) and System-on-Chip (SoC) design, combined with in-depth knowledge in signal processing, application specific processors, embedded systems design, modern communications systems, and radio transceiver design. It has two specialisations: System-on-Chip, and Analogue/Digital and RF IC design. Linköping University offers world-class research activities covering the entire field of integrated electronic design, state-of-the-art laboratories and design environments, and close research collaboration with many international companies. Graduates can expect excellent career opportunities in major research and development centres, both in industry and in academic institutions worldwide.</p>

Behörighet

A bachelor's degree equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen with a major in electrical engineering or equivalent. 20 ECTS credits in mathematics/applied mathematics and/or application of mathematics relevant for the programme, including courses in linear algebra. 5 ECTS in transform methods, Signal and systems, Linear Systems or Circuit Theory. A course in basic programming English corresponding to the level of English in Swedish upper secondary education (Engelska 6 or Engelska nivå 2). Exemption from Swedish.
