<p>This course provides fundamental knowledge of survey methodology and data collection—essential tools for drawing reliable conclusions about society. It covers sampling methods, questionnaire design, non-response handling, and the analysis of collected data using statistical software. Students also carry out a survey project to apply the studied methods to real-world observations.</p>

General entry requirements for undergraduate studies and English and Mathematics corresponding to the level in Swedish upper secondary education (Engelska 6 or Engelska nivå 2 and Matematik 3b/3c or Matematik C or Matematik fortsättning nivå 1b or Matematik fortsättning nivå 1c). At least 1,5 ECTS credits passed in Statistics or equivalent
