Peace and Development Studies is designed for students who wish to deepen their knowledge of issues related to peace, development, and international cooperation. The course package prepares for qualified professional tasks within a wide range of organizations, institutions, and companies engaged in international development cooperation or working in close collaboration with developing countries. Through the included courses, students gain insight into political and economic development processes, tools for analyzing and evaluating development initiatives, as well as an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that characterize peacebuilding and reconciliation work.

Behörighet

General entry requirements for second-cycle studies and specific entry requirements: a minimum of 90 credits in a Social Science, Humanities or Economics main field of study, including a degree project of at least 15 credits, or the equivvalent. English B/6 or the equivalent
