<p>How can the construction sector become more circular? In this course, you will work in a project-based format on issues that are crucial for the transition to a circular construction industry - drawing on the latest research and real-world applications.</p><p>The course provides you with knowledge on how the construction and property sectors can transition to circular practices, thereby reducing their environmental and climate impact. You will explore sustainability from economic, ecological, social, and cultural perspectives, and work on interdisciplinary challenges such as planning, technical conditions, design, climate calculations, life-cycle analyses, process management, and regulatory frameworks.</p><p>Grounded in research from LTH’s profile area Circular Building Industry, the course combines academic lectures with inspiring insights from industry. It is designed for professionals with post-secondary education and experience in the construction or property sector.</p><p>By the end of the course, you will have worked on practical solutions and gained new knowledge and insights into the aspects required to enable a circular construction industry.</p><p>Entry requirements: Post-secondary education and professional experience in the construction or property sector are recommended.</p>
