<p>The pace of change is high in technology, how markets behave, work is organised and how business is practiced. Innovation is both a force for change and a way of dealing with change.</p><p>Innovation is central to the development of companies and society. In this course, you will focus on understanding innovation and on developing your knowledge and ability in innovation management. </p><p>You will explore: </p><ul><li>creativity and the identification of innovation </li><li>the role of innovation management for business development and growth </li><li>different sources of innovation </li><li>how to manage and foster innovation </li><li>the innovation process </li><li>innovation strategy and intellectual property rights </li><li>some applications of innovation, e.g. sustainability/green innovation and frugal innovation</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p>

Behörighet

Business Administration 1-60 credits, including a basic course in Business Administration 1-30 credits (FEKA10) or equivalent, and an advanced course in Business Administration 31-60 credits (FEKG11, FEKG21, FEKG51, FEKG61 and FEKG91) or equivalent.
