<p>The demand for new approaches using Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) is growing rapidly. In this programme, you will explore VR/AR in a world-class, multidisciplinary environment, gain a holistic understanding of the field and help shape new possibilities.</p><p>Recent advances in computer graphics, sensors, and screen technology enables unprecedented possibilities to fully immerse humans in virtual environments or augment real environments. VR and AR represent a new computing paradigm, finding its way into everyday applications and therefore transforming industries such as healthcare, education, and entertainment. </p><p>In this master’s programme, you will learn to design, implement, and evaluate VR/AR applications while also considering the ethical, cultural, and social implications of this rapidly evolving technology. </p><p>The programme is offered by LTH, Lunds Tekniska Högskola (The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University).</p><p> </p><p> </p>

Behörighet

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent. Completed, dedicated courses in mathematics of at least 30 credits/ECTS. The mathematics courses must include calculus in one and several variables (5 credits/ECTS), linear algebra (5 credits/ECTS), systems and transforms (5 credits/ECTS), and probability theory and statistics (5 credits/ECTS). Basic skills in object-oriented programming (at least one course of 5 credits/ECTS). English 6/English Level 2.
