<p>This online course provides an introduction to the fundamental basics of project management. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, covering both agile and traditional project management methodologies. The course is designed to be flexible, allowing you to learn at your own pace while interacting with your peers and participating in weekly live, interactive sessions.</p> <p>Module 1: The fundamental principles and phases of project management</p> <p>Module 2: Project planning, scheduling, risk management techniques, assessment of<br /> project performance.</p> <p>Module 3: Project leadership, project stakeholders, roles, team dynamics, and<br /> management of global, virtual, and agile teams.</p> <p>Module 4: Presentation of a project from initiation to closure.</p> <p>This course has four mandatory online seminars.</p>
