<p>Learn how organisations can prevent crises and respond effectively when they occur. This course gives you practical tools to assess risks and create action plans for different types of crises. </p><p>System failure, power cuts and financial difficulties are just a few examples of the type of crises that can affect an organisation. This course explores how organisations can manage risks and strengthen security to avoid crises. You will gain practical tools for understanding risk management from perspectives in social sciences, business administration, and the humanities. When a crisis happens, communication is often crucial. Therefore, the course also introduces you to methods for effective crisis communication.</p>

To be admitted to the course, students must satisfy the general admission requirements and have successfully completed at least 60 credits.
