<p>This course is for those who want to develop both as a musician and as a person. Through reflection, practical exercises and dialogue, you will learn techniques that strengthen your recovery and presence. </p><p>The course combines different methods from several disciplines to provide new perspectives on music making. You will explore how self-reflection can contribute to a more sustainable and conscious approach to music and creativity. </p>

General eligibility and are reading or have read at a music university college programme (music performance and/or music teacher programme) or an equivalent discipline at least 7.5 credits.
