This course is designed for students who want to further develop their Swedish language skills. It focuses on expanding high-frequency vocabulary and strengthening grammar, reading, pronunciation, and writing for everyday communication. Students will participate in a variety of learning activities, such as grammar explanations, oral practice, writing exercises and participation in language cafés. We foster a creative and stimulating learning environment to support language development. Additionally, Swedish culture and social life are presented and discussed in English to deepen cultural understanding. Upon completion, students will have achieved approximately to **level** **A2** in the Common European Framework of Reference scale (CEFR). If you apply for the course Swedish Language, Culture and Society III and you have not participated on or have not passed the course Swedish Language, Culture and Society II you will be able to take an eligibility test here in Malmö. You will receive an invitation, by e-mail after 6 January. The test will take place at Malmö University on Tuesday 20 January, at 15.15 to 18.00. The eligibility test consists of a written component and a short oral component. The purpose of the test is to determine whether you have sufficient knowledge in Swedish to be able to be admitted to the course.

General entry requirements + English 6 and completed course Swedish Language, Culture and Society II; AK305E or equivalent knowledge in Swedish tested by an eligibility test.
