It is also offered as a freestandin This course is based on students’ previous knowledge of macroeconomics and financial markets. The course begins with the introduction of national income accounting in an open economy framework and the history of the international monetary system. It then discusses conventional models to determine exchange rates and how manage currency investments. The course then discusses possible outcomes of conventional policy tools on the economy and the financial market. g course.
