Would you like be involved in developing the electric drivetrains for the vehicles of the future? Then this is a course for you! The transition to an electric vehicle fleet entails an increased demand for competence in the field of electrical engineering. Engineers conversant with power electronics and electric drive systems will play a central role in society's transition to electric vehicles.<br> This course conveys a holistic perspective regarding electric drive systems, where students gain a conceptual knowledge of the different components, their properties, and how they affect the electric drive system. **Industry and academy** This course has been developed in collaboration with industry partners within the framework of one of our educational projects. The project aims to provide courses at advanced level to a mix of professionals and students to strengthen the Swedish industry's competitiveness. We apply validation of work experience to see if you have knowledge that corresponds to the entry requirements for the course.
