Whether you aim to start your own business or work for an established company, the Master's Programme in Industrial Management and Innovation gives you a deep understanding as well as a variety of tools, from data-driven to qualitative, to manage complex innovation processes. The programme teaches future leaders how to create an overview of the complex processes and structures within and around technology-intensive companies. Our aim is that our students will become innovators who can combine a deep understanding of technology and business with strong practical know-how on how to manage and lead innovative work. You will also be prepared for a career within academia as a researcher. After the programme, you will be able to work with innovation processes in different types of companies. You will be prepared for your future career, as the teaching is based on methods and models used in business for understanding existing markets, supply chains, and internal processes. At the same time, the latest academic research is an important part of our courses to keep up with the latest developments. After the programme, you will have knowledge of, amongst other things: - Business - Product development - Marketing - Organisation and leadership - Project management - Sustainability and ethics - Industrial analytics The language of instruction is English.

Behörighet

*Academic requirements* A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university. The main field of study must be engineering or technology. Also required is 20 credits in mathematics including single variable calculus, linear algebra and probability/statistics. *Language requirements* Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6. This requirement can be met either by achieving the required score on an internationally recognised test, or by previous upper secondary or university studies in some countries.
