This course will train you in the use of industry-standard technical production tools, such as version control, task-tracking software, and game engines. Through multiple micro‑projects, you will explore key development roles, practice agile team management, and assume the role of product owner as you develop an original game idea. You will also receive practical and theoretical knowledge in managing and motivating development teams to achieve a common goal.
