The course deals with in-depth knowledge of wine, from the place where the grape grows to the finished product in the bottle. In the course, there is an in-depth study of the entire wine world, but with the classic wine regions in focus. The course deals with theoretical and practical knowledge of wine in general and traditional wine styles and grape varieties in particular. In the course, an in-depth level of wine tasting methodology is applied, in the form of comparative tastings. Furthermore, an understanding of how different types of wine sappearance, aroma and taste - in relation to production and origin.
