The course deals with theoretical and practical knowledge of wine in general and traditional wine styles and grape varieties in particular. In the course, an in-depth level of wine tasting methodology is applied, in the form of comparative tastings. Furthermore, an understanding of how different types of wine sappearance, aroma and taste - in relation to production and origin.
