Kursen utgår från modern finansieringsteori och Corporate Finance som handlar om hur företag skaffar kapital (finansiering) vilket används till investering med målet att maximera aktieägarvärdet. I kursen lär du dig områden som; investeringsbedömning, aktie- och obligationsvärdering, portföljvalsteori, kapitalstruktur samt finansiella marknader. Du kommer även lära dig enklare värdering av företag.
Entry requirements
For admission to the course requires taken courses, 15 credits, in Industrial Economics and Management, Business Administration or Economics.
