When you visit the website
To deliver and protect the website, information such as your IP address, browser, requested page and visit time is processed. It can be needed to investigate errors, prevent abuse and handle security incidents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a functioning and secure service. This information is not used to decide your admission.
Optional measurement and cookies
You can choose whether to allow optional browser error and performance measurement using Sentry. It helps us identify failures and improve the experience, and may include the visited page, browser and device information, loading times and errors.
This measurement requires your consent and is off until you accept it. Reject or withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page without losing access to public content. Necessary cookies remember your cookie and language choices. This choice does not enable personalised advertising.
When you contact us
We process your email address, any name you provide and the content of your message to respond to and follow up your enquiry. The basis is our legitimate interest in handling questions, corrections, media enquiries and partnership requests. Only send what is needed; do not send identity numbers or complete grade documents.
Retention and recipients
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and your chosen language for up to one year. Operational and security information is retained for as long as needed to troubleshoot, protect the service and follow up incidents. Correspondence is retained as needed for the enquiry and, where necessary, legal obligations or claims.

Contact us for details of recipients, storage periods and any processing outside the EU/EEA relating to your enquiry. Such transfers require a basis under data protection rules, such as an adequacy decision or applicable standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
