In the course that includes vocational education, the student shall apply theoretical knowledge in the practical work of persons with dementia. This includes identification and assessment of health issues, risks and nursing needs, as well as planning and taking adequate nursing measures based on a person-centered approach. Admitted to Postgraduate Programme in Dementia Care and must have completed Evidence based practice and leadership, 7,5 credits – second level and Health Care and Social Care for Persons with Dementia, 7,5 credits – second level
