Kursen behandlar gruppers förutsättningar utifrån en strukturell och socialpsykologisk grund och det sociala samspelets betydelse för organisationen avseende arbetsgruppens och individens förutsättningar. Kursen belyser vidare komplexiteten i socialisation och social interaktion. Under kursen ges möjlighet att analysera olika gruppdynamiska fenomen relevanta för personal- och arbetslivsområdet. Vidare möjliggörs för studenten att utveckla en fördjupad förmåga att kritiskt reflektera över olika mellanmänskliga fenomen och faktorer som formar och påverkar arbetsgruppen.
