The course covers techniques and knowledge that are required to identify, analyse, and develop digital services for businesses and organisations. Students will be given the opportunity to learn how to identify needs, analyse collected information, and develop solutions that meet these requirements . The course includes practical work with digital services, with an emphasis on functionality and usability, and the evaluation of digital solutions. Throughout the course, there are presentations and discussions on identification, analysis, development, and evaluation.
