Kursen behandlar etik och etiska frågor i socialt arbete. Centrala begrepp, teorier och argument i normativ etik och värdeteori diskuteras och tillämpas på etiska dilemman, värdegrunder i verksamheter och etiska koder i socialt arbete. Socialarbetarens roll och ansvar i relation till brukare, kollegor, arbetsgivare och övriga samhället behandlas, liksom den egna synen på normer och värden. I kursen ingår 1 hp Personlig och professionell utveckling (PPU).

90 credits in Social Work or Social Care, including a thesis of 15 credits
