I kursen behandlas ledarskapsteorier och -modeller samt sjuksköterskans roll som ledare i hälso- och sjukvård. Arbete i olika team behandlas utifrån olika gruppdynamiska skeenden. Vidare analyseras den fysiska, organisatoriska, sociala och digitala arbetsmiljöns betydelse för hållbar, evidensbaserad och säker vård. Sjuksköterskans roll vid team- och förbättringsarbete behandlas och de studerande får reflektera kring eget och andras ledarskap, och hur det kan utvecklas.

Person-Centered Nursing in Somatic care, 15 credits, Person-Centered Care in Psychiatric Health Care, 7,5 credits and Person-Centered Care in Different Health Care Settings, 15 credits
