The course has two modules: “Concepts and Theory“ and “Applied Analysis“ The course introduces and examines fundamental concepts and theories on structure, culture, work organisation, communication, power and conflict, and leadership and management. These emergence of these concepts and theories is presented and discussed with regard to their historical and contemporary context.
