The course comprises reflection, discussion, and problematizing of processes in handling complicated pregnancy, delivery and postpartum care. Further study on circumstances when psycho-social aspects amplify and aggravate parenthood. Deepen knowledge and skills in examination methods, treatment and documentation are practiced. Deepen knowledge of non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic treatment in relation to pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care.

Entry requirements

A Swedish nursing licence, and a completed Bachelor‘s degree in any major in the health sciences and Thesis 15 credits
