Hållbarhetsaspekter på förvaltning och ombyggnad av det befintliga byggnadsbeståndet behandlas med koppling till nationella och uppsatta miljömål. Vidare behandlas grundläggande fastighetsekonomi och verktyg för fastighetsförvaltning introduceras. En stor del av kursen utgörs av projektarbete.
