In the course, students will author a scientific study in Russian, Swedish or English of about 10000 - 15000 words, based on a well-defined literary, cultural or linguistic problem related to Russian literature, culture or language. Students choose the focus and topic of their thesis in consultation with the supervisor. At the end of the course, students defend their thesis at a public seminar.
Entry requirements
120 credits in Russian, including the course Languages, Literature and Culture: Research Methodology and Academic Writing, 7.5 credits on First cycle
