Areas covered include environmental analysis, organizational analysis and planning of development work and financing and business start-up. <br> Innovation business, 9 hp<br> Innovation activities from strategically, organizationally and individually perspective; creativity on Individual level and group level, business development, business model development, from one strategically and operationally perspective, the contractor, risk financing, business startup, innovation system. The company in society (CSR and ethics). Law in connection with project, Quality in project management perspective. Organization, management and change of operations, of the future organizational and leadership challenges. <br> Business development project, 6 hp<br> During the course the student work in a project in co-operation with real business or organisation. The student practiced practically in creative and systematic business development methods and business modeling with purpose to identify development opportunities and to understand the strategic, organizational and leadership challenges as suggested measures entails.

Entry requirements

The courses Product Development and Design - an Introduction 7.5 credits and Industrial Management 7.5 credits. English 6 or English level 2. Exemption of the requirement in Swedish is granted for those with foreign grades.
