The areas covered are primarily methods for project control within construction management, the creation of learning project organizations, and the characteristics of project organizations. The course also encompasses operational planning, cost control, and planning methodologies for effective construction. Furthermore, the course includes contract management of publicly procured construction projects and negotiation techniques. The course also features an in-depth assignment aimed at applying a scientific perspective to one of the course's areas in the form of a group-based project.

Entry requirements

The courses Industrialized Building and Construction Logistics 7.5 credits, Production within Infrastructure Projects 7.5 credits, and Structural Mechanics 7.5 credits. English 6 or English level 2. Exemption of the requirement in Swedish is granted for those with foreign grades.
