Complete your studies with a course on nearly zero-energy buildings - the buildings of the future! They are built with sustainable construction technology and renewable energy, and are planned for adaptation to climate change. Resource-efficient and smart construction also need a perspective on circular economy and smart technology. You will study the first seven weeks digitally, but with live lectures. In the last week of the course students and teachers at Halmstad University will meet for an intensive final week with challenges and workshops. Read the course syllabus and register!

Entry requirements

Degree of Bachelor or Professional qualification at university level, of at least 180 credits, in Building Technology, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or the equivalent. The degree must be equivalent to a Swedish kandidatexamen or Swedish yrkesexamen and must have been awarded from an internationally recognised university. English 6 or English level 2. Exemption of the requirement in Swedish is granted for those with foreign grades.
