The degree project will focus on energy-smart innovations in the built environment. The student is responsible for, in consultation with the supervisor, to find a suitable project which can be either carried out at the university or with an external partner, for example a private company. The course aims to develop in-depth knowledge of research methodology and familiarity with independent planning, implementation, and accounting of research or development projects within the subject area.

Entry requirements

60 credits on Second Cycle, of which 30 credits within the main field Construction Engineering with specialisation in Renewable Energy and Scientific Methods and Academic Writing 7,5 credits. English 6 or English level 2. Exemption of the requirement in Swedish is granted for those with foreign grades.
