Cybersecurity breaches are profoundly impacting society, and the protection of digital assets has become a major concern across all sectors. Cybersecurity-related incidents - such as ransomware attacks, identity theft, and data breaches - are now regular features in the news. In recent years, financially motivated adversaries and state-sponsored actors have further intensified the threat landscape, creating an uneven playing field, particularly for smaller organizations with limited resources. This growing threat has led to an increased demand for skilled cybersecurity professionals. This master’s programme in cybersecurity is designed to help you develop the expertise needed to meet these challenges and contribute to the protection of our digital society. The programme offers a broad foundation in cybersecurity, with courses covering critical areas such as critical infrastructure protection, ethical hacking, penetration testing, cybersecurity operations, and incident response.

Entry requirements

The applicant must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree (i.e., the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) with at least 90 credits in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or the equivalent. Proof of English proficiency is required.
