This course focuses on leading and developing family businesses, which are the most prevalent organizational form worldwide. It covers various organizational, strategic, and governance aspects, involving owners, family and non-family managers, advisors, board members, and employees in the growth of these enterprises. Key topics include strategy development, governance, culture, and management, with an international outlook encompassing diverse types of family businesses, from small to large, private to publicly listed.
Bachelor’s degree (i.e the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) with at least 60 credits in informatics, business administration, computer science, computer engineering, information engineering, or equivalent (or the equivalent). Proof of English proficiency is required.
