This course provides a fundamental understanding of project management and leadership, focusing on both traditional and agile project management methods. Students learn to use relevant tools and methods to effectively lead projects and understand the impact of group dynamics on the work environment and results. The course also covers essential leadership theories for motivating and leading teams in various project settings.
General entry requirements and passed courses 60 credits in first cycle in Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences or the equivalent. Proof of English proficiency is required.
