Education facts

Code: IEAD62

The course treats project management in multi-project settings, where projects are used strategically as a work form and several projects are ongoing at the same time. There is a special focus on questions of project management and making priorities between projects, distributing resources, standardising project work, and learning through and between projects. The course work is strongly characterised by students being responsible for working actively in groups on realistic practical cases. Students also complete individual assignments focused on reflection and critical review of models and methods.
