<p>The Master's Programme in Translational Physiology and Pharmacology gives the students a deep understanding of both physiological mechanisms and pharmacological treatment principles at the molecular, cellular and system level and how these are transferred to the clinical situation. The programme is focused on integrating physiology and pharmacology and establishing solid connections from cells and molecules to the whole human being. The students acquire knowledge, skills and approaches that are of great importance for mechanisms that promote health or lead to illness, knowledge that is in demand in universities, healthcare and the life science industry in the development and implementation of methods for prevention, diagnostics, prediction and treatment. </p>
A Bachelor's degree or a professional degree worth at least 180 credits in biomedicine, biotechnology, cellular and molecular biology, pharmaceutics, health care, medicine, or the equivalent. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary school course English 6/English B.
