<p>The course focuses on the four freedoms. However, also competition law is studied. Analysis are made of the practice of the European Court of Justice, whereby at the beginning of the course the focus is on the development of EU law as to its effects on national law in general.&nbsp;</p>

Passed Introductory course in law, 6 credits, or equivalent. English corresponding to the level of English in Swedish upper secondary education (Engelska 6 or Engelska nivå 2). Exemption from Swedish
