<p>The central themes of the course are:</p> <ul> <li>European&nbsp;integration, as expressed in the EU- and EC Treaties, and the rule of law;</li> <li>main features of the Common Market and its impact on the European integration;</li> <li>important areas of community competence, supporting the Common Market;</li> <li>sources of national and international law and the civil and human rights;</li> <li>the EC legal system in relation to crime and punishment;</li> <li>holders of official position and their authority;</li> <li>legal rights&nbsp;of the individual.</li> </ul>

Entry requirements

180 ECTS credits passed including 90 ECTS credits in Political Science or another discipline in Social Sciences English corresponding to the level of English in Swedish upper secondary education (Engelska 6 or Engelska nivå 2) Exemption from Swedish
