<p>The course deals with various areas of organizational theory. Special emphasis is placed on innovation and technology management, identity and culture, initiatives for promoting &nbsp;healthy working life and employee well-being. Present-day organizational activities in workplaces such as sustainability, ethics, equality and diversity are discussed. The course focuses on a multiple-perspective. Contemporary organizational activities are discussed in detail.</p>

Entry requirements

120 ECTS credits passed from undergraduate studies including at least 60 ECTS credits in Business Administration, or equivalent English corresponding to the level of English in Swedish upper secondary education (English 6 or Engelska nivå 2). ​Exemption from Swedish.
