The focus of the course is the understanding of religious traditions in the ancient Near East and the Mediterranean. These traditions are studied in the light of advanced study in historiography of religious studies. In addition to studies of the biblical religions based on comparative approaches, the student is given the opportunity to immerse themselves in other ancient religious traditions and their sacred texts.
Religious Studies 90 credits, including a degree project at the Bachelor’s level, and Swedish B and English A, or the equivalent.
Each offering has its own dates and conditions. Closed offerings are retained as history and do not mean that a new application is open.
