Syftet med kursen är att du ska utveckla din förmåga att skriva ett vetenskapligt arbete genom att analysera och reflektera kring en forskningsfråga knuten till ämnet socialt arbete. I kursen ska du integrera teoretisk analys till ett eget insamlat empiriskt material. Syftet är också att relatera vetenskapliga frågor till etiska överväganden och att du därigenom utvecklar ett professionellt förhållningssätt.

Entry requirements

For admission to the course, the following successfully completed courses are required: 1SA600 Social Work as Subject, Science and Profession 15 credits, 1SA605 Welfare State Organisation and Principles of Social Policy 15 credits, 1SA610 Social and Behavioural Science Perspectives in Social Work 15 credits, 1SA615 Communication, Approach and Management, 2SA606 Vulnerability, Conditions and Interventions on Individual, Group and Society Level 15 credits, 2SA610 Writing a Dissertation 7.5 credits, 2SA615 Evaluation in Social Work 7.5 credits, and 1JU600 Introduction to the Legal System and Social Law 15 credits or 1SA620 Legal Aspects in Social Work: Introduction to the Legal System and Social Law 15 credits.
