Kursen handlar om att skapa förutsättningar för naturupplevelser och kommunicera kunskap om skogslandskapet, leda och guida grupper i olika skogsmiljöer, praktiskt tillämpa utomhuspedagogik, planera och genomföra olika typer av upplevelsearrangemang, diskutera utomhusverksamheters inverkan på folkhälsan samt beskriva skogens sociala värden utifrån ett entreprenöriellt synsätt.
