Kursen innehåller tre temakurser, den första med inriktning mot äldre historia, den andra mot modern historia och den tredje mot historiebruk. Den fjärde delkursen innebär fördjupningar i historisk teori och metod och den avslutande delkursen inkluderar författande av ett mindre, självständigt arbete.

At least 22.5 credits from the course 1HI100 or the equivalent.
