The course is intended for experienced teachers and preschool teachers in all school forms in Swedish schools. The content of the course, at advanced level, focuses on how experienced teachers / preschool teachers, such as mentors, should be able to professionally support and guide newly graduated teachers and preschool teachers in their professional role during the first period in their profession.

Entry requirements

General entry requirements for second-cycle studies and specific entry requirements: Degree of Master of Arts in Primary Education, Secondary Education/Upper Secondary Education, Higher Education Diploma in Vocational Education, Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Pre-School Education, or equivalent older degree.
