The course includes the following elements: Lean Production and Lean tools that can be used in the manufacturing industry Use of data mining and visual analytics as decision support Optimization theory, flow theory, modelling, simulation and production flow analysis - all within the framework of production systems Introduction to modern concepts such as Industry 5.0, robotization, automation Industrial Internet of Things – IIoT, and digital twins
Entry requirements
60 credits in the subject Mechanical Engineering including Production Technology, 7.5 credits, Quality Management, 7.5 credits, Engineering Economics, 7,5 credits or equivalent must be included.
